If technicians are having trouble setting up their signature through the app and there is an existing image file of their signature, we can help upload it to your server by submitting the required information.
Process
Got to People > Users
View the user you will set the signature for
Under the Preferences section, click Update
Click Add signature (will say Change signature if already existing)
Use a mouse or stylus to write the signature, then click Save
