The short answer is no, unless it is included in the contract with the client.
The major services tool works from the base date of an asset, meaning the routine does not need to be in the property as the dates are irrelevant. The major servicing tool will highlight when that level of service needs to be quoted on, and give you the option accordingly.
If you're planning to quote on the 5 yearly, 10 yearly etc when it is due, just leave it up to the major servicing tool and don't add the level to the property.
