We will add additional information and images under these arrows.

What does checking "Attendance fee" on a rate do?

When you configure the rate with an Attendance fee, that rate is available for selection as a callout fee when creating a callout task.

What is the Labour increment field?

The labour increment defines the time block by which additional labour charges are calculated after the included labour is exceeded.

For example, if the unit price is $100, the included labour is 60 minutes, and the increment is 30 minutes, an extra $50 will be charged after the initial 60 minutes.

How to set up pricing for a specific contractor?

There is no default setting to define cost or sell prices for individual contractors. To track this information, it is recommended to create an extra field on the contractor and manually record the pricing details there.

Why can’t labour rates be edited in the Product Catalogue?

Editing labour rates is restricted to improve control over sensitive pricing information. When navigating to Billing > Product Catalogue and clicking View Labour Rates in the top-right corner, the system displays a read-only list of labour rates.

To edit labour rates, a user must have the Can change site configuration settings permission and access the rates via Control Panel > Labour Rates.
