In the event that the client only approves part of the quote, take the following steps in order to set up a task that only includes the partial tasks from that quote:
Mark the quote as approved
Click Create Task
You'll be taken to a new page where you can select the specific works that were approved
Select only the approved parts of the quote then click Create Partial Task (and don't change the quote status)
This will create a task that will include the partially approved items without changing the status of the quote
You can return to the original quote and create other partial tasks to complete the quote. Make sure to click Create Task (and mark as actioned) for the partial task that covers the rest of the outstanding quote.
