Barcodes and QR codes

Are all different types of barcodes and QR codes supported?

Most types of barcodes and QR codes are supported, except for the following standards:

  • Han Xin

  • Chinese 2 of 5

  • Matrix 2 of 5

  • Korean 3 of 5

  • MICR E13B

  • OCR-A and OCR-B

  • Digimarc

bSecure

What do the colours mean when viewing the bSecure sticker?

When reviewing remarks, red signals that the remark is unresolved, while green indicates it's resolved. On service tasks, green means pass, orange indicates no test was performed, and red means fail.

What type of bSecure stickers can be ordered?

The only bSecure sticker available for ordering is the UptickID label, sized at 40 mm×32 mm

How to order bSecure stickers?

Reach out to the Uptick Support team in the chat accessible via ? icon in your Workspace or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide the following information:

  1. Delivery Address.

  2. Name of Recipient.

  3. Total # of Rolls required.

  4. Written consent authorising the direct debit of the sticker value and any associated postage fees from the account linked to your subscription.

Once the request is submitted, our team will review the order details and confirm the delivery address. If any information is missing, we'll reach out for clarification.

What happens after my request is processed?

When the order is ready, we'll ship it to you and send you a tracking number.

The cost of the stickers, in addition to any applicable postage fees, will be reflected in your next invoice.
