Setup
You will need the following permission in your security group:
Can see all tasks.
Can update tasks.

A Technician Note is an additional comment added to a task that appears on the service report, which displays serviced assets, routines performed, remarks identified and resolved, and products used. Use the Technician Note to provide extra context, especially for callouts where no products were performed.

IOS: How to add Technician notes
1. Navigate to the Finalisation tab and click Add technician note.
