Setup
Sign-in options:
Email and password.
Single Sign-On (SSO), if enabled by your company.
Biometrics (fingerprint or face unlock), if your device supports it.- Password recovery options like selecting "Forgot Password" or contacting a System Admin for support are also available.
Finding Your Workspace Name
Your workspace name is required to sign into the Workforce by Uptick mobile app. It's your company's unique identifier in Uptick.
What is a Workspace Name?
Your workspace name is the first part of your Uptick URL before
.onuptick.com
Example:
If your URL is
yourcompany.onuptick.comYour workspace name is: yourcompany
How to Find It
Option 1: Check your web browser
Sign into Uptick on a web browser
Look at the URL in your address bar
Your workspace name is everything before
.onuptick.com
Option 2: Check your welcome email
Your workspace name appears in the password reset link from your welcome email
Format:
workspacename.onuptick.com/reset-password
Option 3: Ask your office administrator
If you can't access the web platform, contact your office manager
They can provide your workspace name or resend your welcome email
Common Errors
"Unable to verify your company domain"
Enter only the workspace name (not the full URL)
Don't include
.onuptick.comCheck for typos and remove any spaces
"Unable to resolve host name"
Verify the correct workspace name with your administrator
Check your internet connection
Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
Important: For security reasons, Uptick Support can help confirm your workspace name but cannot provide or reset login credentials. Contact your system administrator for password assistance.
IOS: How to sign in on the app
1. Open the link in the Welcome email to set your password. If you can’t find the email, contact your office to have it resent.
2. Enter the New password and New password confirmation, then tap Set password.
3. Download the Workforce by Uptick app from the Apple App Store.
4. Tap Get Started.
5. Enter the name of your workspace, which is the first part of the link you used to reset your password: workspacename.onuptick.com.
6. Enter the Email address and Password, then tap Sign in.

IOS: How to sign out of the app
Signing out refreshes access and applies changes like updated permissions or password resets.
Sign-out is not available while the session timer is running: stop the timer on the current task first.
Navigate to About tab, swipe to the bottom of the screen and tap Sign out.

ANDROID: How to sign in on the app

Alternatively, if the welcome email setup fails, users can trigger a password reset from the app login page by selecting "Forgot Password" or seek help from a System Admin for necessary actions.
2. Enter the New password and New password confirmation, then tap Set password.
3. Download the Workforce by Uptick app from the Google Play Store and open the app.
4. Tap Get Started.
