Set up your user profile

How to update your account details, timezone, mobile, signature, depot location and to reset and change password

Setup

Ensure you received the link to the workspace via email and follow the instructions to create your password. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder or request the email be resent.

How to update your profile preferences

1. Click on the initials of your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Your profile.

2. Review the user details and click Update your preferences.

3. Make changes to any available fields:

  • Timezone: Select a different timezone from the dropdown.

  • Mobile: Enter your mobile number.

  • Signature: Click Add signature or Change signature, draw your signature in the pop-up window, then click Save.

  • Depot location (used in the scheduler to minimise travel time): Click Change, then Enter depot address or suburb and tap Search. Remeber to confirm Save depot location.

4. Click Save on the Update account preferences page.


How to reset your password

1. Open the workspace in the browser and click Forgot password.

2. Provide your work email address and tap Send password reset email.

3. Follow the link on the welcome email to reset password.


How to change your password

1. Click on the initials of your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Change password.

  • Your password can’t be too similar to your other personal information.

  • Your password must contain at least 9 characters.

  • Your password can’t be a commonly used password.

  • Your password can’t be entirely numeric.

2. Provide Old password, New password, New password confirmation, then click Change password.
