Using the side navigation bar click on Tasks.

From the tasks page, click Geo-allocator

Filter Tasks to narrow your allocation, you can filter using Category, Technician, Round, Due date and Service Groups.

Use the filters on the right to tailor your allocation and nominate Tasks with appropriate service groups for each technician.

For a new allocation, set ‘No technician’ and ‘No Round’ as above, only Tasks not already allocated will be displayed on the map.

Filter the ‘Service Groups’ based on the variant service groups of the technicians you wish to assign the Tasks to.
i.e. Bob may not have the service group to complete ‘Fire Panel’ Tasks, click the cross on ‘Fire Panel’ to remove this service groups and the Tasks associated with this service.
