The accreditations module handles all of these. You can set up the following when you create an Accreditation entry:
Accreditation type
Technician
Property
Expiry date
Accreditation number
Each Accreditation has a timeline and document folder where you can keep track of notes, passwords and other important documentation relevant to the Accreditation. Accreditations that have 30 days left before their expiry will automatically be given the Expiring status.
Site requirements
Go to a property and click Update. Under the Site requirements section you can toggle if induction is required for that property and set Accreditation requirements.
