Sales Quote Email Is Going to the Wrong Contact
When you are previewing a Sales Quote, Uptick pre-fills the recipient from the Client's Primary Contact. If this is not the correct email address, please select a different contact or enter a different email address manually. If the quote is being sent to the wrong person, the Primary Contact on the client record may need to be updated.
Quote Sections Are Locked or Unavailable
If the Use Sections toggle is greyed out and unavailable, it is because the quote already has line items added directly to it (outside of a section). Sections and ungrouped line items cannot coexist on the same quote. To use sections, all existing line items must be removed first.
