This is an article to assist with FAQ's we receive during the onboarding process.

Importing inactive or on hold properties can be done, however importing the assets for those inactive properties is not included in our basic package import unless it was described in your contract. If you need these to be imported, please contact your onboarding lead to provide pricing for these extra items.

Importing inactive properties is sometimes helpful down the track, and allows you to open them up to be serviced again or if you need to head out to site for ad-hoc works every now and then. We wouldn't recommend importing inactive properties that likely aren't going to be attended to again, as this can often clutter your server.
