To access Uptick's web product (for office users) you must be using an "evergreen" browser. These browsers provide up to date security, and features that enable us to give you the best experience. See the list of evergreen browsers.

We recommend the same minimum computer specs that are suggested for Windows 10, specifically:

  • Processor: 1.5 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC

  • RAM: 4 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 8 GB for 64-bit

  • Display: FHD (1920ร—1080)

You must have cookies enabled. If you do not have cookies you will receive a "CSRF verification failed" warning, which looks like this:

Details on enabling cookies are specific to your browser, see this google search for more information.

Advanced map features

Some of our advanced mapping features will not work on older computers even if they pass the minimum requirements. This is because our advanced mapping features use a technology called "WebGL", support for this is rapidly expanding with 95% of browsers supporting WebGL. See this list of known issues with WebGL.
