We aim to release the Workforce apps on Wednesday 11th of May. Users will automatically receive this update over a seven day period.

 

Changes and Improvements

This release brings a number of enhancements and incremental improvements to both our iOS and Android apps to help make your day more productive.

  • Per day, per technician actions allows for finer control over when task form actions are required. In addition to always being required, you can now stipulate that forms are to be completed once, once per day, or once per day per tech.
  • Enhanced asset custom field conditions now gives you control over which custom fields are displayed for clients (or client groups), ensuring that you can finely control data capture for your clients who may have specific requirements.

 

Android Only Changes

Task document upload

You can now quickly share documents from other apps with Workforce, further streamlining your workflow. Supported files include PDF, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and image files. Simply "Share" the file from the other app and select "Workforce" to share the file with.

Testing Prompts Multiple Remarks

Our testing prompts feature supports the ability to add multiple remarks to a testing prompt answer.
