This can be done in different ways such as Digital Logbooks or Actions, depending on how you want to record and keep the documentation of your flow tests and in both cases these can be selected to go out with reports and invoices to the client upon dispatch.

There are fields to record flow test information as part of the logbooks where flow tests are applicable. Take the following steps to fill out the appropriate logbook entry.

Note: To carry out the following steps:

  • The Digital Logbooks extension must be enabled
  • The Digital Logbooks App needs to be installed alongside the mobile app

We have the following test sheets currently available which allow flow test results to be recorded:

  • Automatic fire sprinkler systems > Sprinklers Wet Yearly
  • Fire pumpsets > Pumpsets Yearly
  • Fire hydrant systems > Hydrants Yearly
  • Other system > Sprinkler Flow Test

Post Task Action

Another way to record flow test results is by way of setting up a dynamic form and including it as part of a post-task Action. Actions can be set up to only apply to specific routines and levels, so they only appear on applicable tasks.
