Why can't I find a billing card?

The billing card might have several things wrong. 


The billing card is inactive

To find if this is the case:

  • Billing Tab > Billing Cards
  • Remove the "Active" = yes filter 
  • Search the billing cards name
  • You should see the inactive billing card in yellow
    • To make active again, View the billing card, Edit and tick the Active box.
