Add a task via the App

If your technician needs to create urgent tasks out in the field (and has the right permissions) the app lets them create a quick task.

How to create a Task on your App

1. Go to Tasks 

2. Select + at the top left corner


3. Enter mandatory field Name. Description is optional

4. Add mandatory field Property. Optionally you can add description and Scope of Works

4. Select Save at the top right corner



The permission View all tasks is required as the app can't allocate a task to a technician yet. Your technician can filter their tasks or view all tasks
