Creating task categories

Task categories can be used to help classify your tasks into different groups for easy task management.

Step 1: Open the task page (Servicing > Tasks) and click on Setup and then choose Categories from the drop down option.



Step 2: Click Create task category.

Step 3: Give a name to your task category, and optionally, a description and icon, then click Save Category.

a) Icon - you are able to add a task category icon which in turn, allows you to look at the Realtime Dashboard and see all the tasks in that category easily. 

For example, I've added the 'Cash' Icon to a category.
