Creating Appointments

In some cases, certain properties will require appointments to be set for site visits. When creating a property, this information will be verified in the access details field.

Step 1: Click servicing from the top navigational menu. From the drop-down menu, select Tasks.

Step 2: 'View' the task for which you wish to schedule a service.

Step 3: Click the Appointments hyperlink and then click Book an Appointment.


Step 4: Fill out the correct information, ensuring the default text has been filled in correctly. 

Step 5: Click Create appointment when complete. 


Once set, the appointment will appear in your company's Google calendar as well as the calendar of the assigned technician.
