The intelligence dashboard is your go to source for an inside look at the health of your business. Use the intelligence dashboard to gain a better understanding of how your business is operating. With the dashboard, you can obtain insight to the mechanisms of performance behind growth, and identify areas for improvement within your business.
To understand performance in sales, click Tools > Intellegence, and then the blue button labelled Sales.
On the sales page you will find a quick glimpse of your Annual recurring revenue, your Net revenue for the current year, the Revenue on hold and how many New properties you have acquired during the year.
Click the blue button labelled Revenue forecast chart to gain an in-depth look at the breakdown of your revenue stream for the year, by product and month. This feature estimates your performance for the remainder of the year based upon past performance.
The first chart displayed on the page will grant you the ability to view Cumulative revenue progression over a 90 day period. Hover over points on the chart to see exact net revenue figures for a given week.
The second chart is a bar graph depicting the Wins and losses by week. Hover over the bars to see exact figures of gains or losses for a given week.
This field displays the details of who, what when and where a fluctuation in revenue occurred. Use this portion of the sales intelligence dashboard to identify the factors of a specific instance in revenue change.
This field depicts a pie chart of the gross increase in revenue for the current year. Use this tool to analyse how products are contributing to revenue growth, and which products bring in the most revenue for your company.
Beneath the pie chart you will find a graph depicting revenue growth over 8 months. Click on any point on the graph to see exact figures.
This field presents representations of the performance of your company on a year to year basis.
The first graph compares Revenue growth and loss.
The second graph compares Jobs won versus jobs lost. This can be a valuable tool to help you understand how changes in legislation or industry standards over the years impact your business.
The third graph depicts the Average value of the contracts for each year by comparing current pricing to past pricing. The red line indicates the revenue level generated currently by active contracts, while the blue line represents how much revenue those tasks were generating in the past. With this information, you can gauge how the value fluctuations of a job are affecting your yearly revenue performance.
The fourth graph depicts the spread of inspection items throughout the properties you service. Click on the green bar to see how many properties are included in the inspection items group. An information box will appear with the option to see all properties and their inspection items within that particular group.
