Company details are used by a number of options in Uptick. Please fill as required.

Setting up initial configuration settings

  1. Click on the tools tab located on the navigation menu at the top of the page. Select Site Configuration at the bottom of the drop down menu.
  2. Click the blue button labeled Site Configuration.
  3. Click through the tabs and fill out all the information you find necessary. This will set up the formulas behind the automation process that will organise your business' data and determine how it is communicated with your clients.

Note: A brief explanation is provided under each field. During the set-up process, the Uptick team will ensure that the all fields are entered correctly to fit your business processes.
