Company details are used by a number of options in Uptick. Please fill as required.

Setting up initial configuration settings

  1. Click on the Control Panel mceclip0.png at the bottom left corner of the page. 
  2. Business information under Settings will be the first thing you see.
  3. Click through the tabs and fill out all the information you find necessary. This will set up the formulas behind the automation process that will organise your business' data and determine how it is communicated with your clients.

Note: A brief explanation is provided under each field. During the set-up process, the Uptick team will ensure that the all fields are entered correctly to fit your business processes.
