Step 1: To assign a technician to the tasks in the round, firstly make sure that a technician is assigned to the round by looking at the Technician details. In this example, the round is unassigned so we will click on Edit round to assign a technician to the round.
Step 2: Add a technician by typing their name and selecting it from the suggested technicians
Step 3: Save the round.
Uptick allows for tasks to be automatically assigned to rounds taking into consideration the service skill set required and the default geographical round assigned to a property.
Once you generate tasks for the month, the system will automatically allocate a task to a particular round and skill-set ONLY if the property is assigned to a default round.
