To include a service report to a service follow the instructions below:
Step 1: At the top navigation bar, click Servicing. From the drop down menu, click on Services.
Step 2: From the services page, select the service you wish to add a report to. You can see which documents have already been added to the service as a blue icon will appear in the particular service row to the right.
Step 3: Once on the service page, click the blue button at the bottom labelled Edit Service.
Step 4: Once on the editing page, find the form sub-section labelled Reporting.
Step 5: Under report type, select the appropriate service report from the drop-down menu.
Step 6: Tick the box next to Generate report task.
