Suggested products is a great feature when creating a shortlist of products a client may need if there is a fault in one of their assets - this needs to be set up through the remarks
Step 1: Click Servicing → Assets and then click the blue, button.
Step 2: On the righthand column, select ‘View’ next to Asset Type you wish to add the suggested product to.
Step 3: Once in the Asset Type screen - select the blue ‘Add Remark Type’ button - Select this to set up a standard remark for this asset type
Step 4: Set up the severity of this remark as well as a standard description of the issue with the proposed resolution - on the right hand side of the screen there is a suggested products window - you can start typing to filter or select from the drop down menu a list of all products you have in the system to select which suggested products you would like to be shown for the particular type of defect
