There are several ways to get in contact with our support team. Whether it's through email, over the phone or using Zendesk, our 'ticketing' system.

Through our support desk:


  • General enquiries
  • Feature requests
  • Issues or bugs 
  • Training, template or development enquiries

By using the ? icon on the top right corner of the screen, you are able to get in contact with the Uptick support team quickly and more easily.

Step 1: Click on the ? icon.

Step 2: Click ‘Raise a support ticket’


Email if you would prefer to use email. 


Over the phone:

  • Urgent breakdowns 
  • Onsite App assistance and troubleshooting
