Assigning Tasks to a technician or round

  1. Using the top navigation bar, click Servicing → Tasks.

  2. On the Tasks page, click Tools near the top left of the page and then Resource allocator.

  3. Use the filters on the right to tailor your allocation and nominate Tasks with appropriate Service Groups for each technician. Create a polygon.

  4. Assign the Tasks to a technician and/or an existing round by selecting this information from the drop down fields listed on the right.

  5. If not creating a new round, click ‘Assign’.

  6. To create a new round, enter the desired name into the ‘New round name’ field and click ‘Create & Assign’ on the bottom right. Remember to select a technician from the drop down list before clicking ‘Create & Assign’ if necessary.
